Biography

Dr. Combs initially started out as a ballet dancer and received her undergraduate degree in ballet from Texas Christian University. After pursuing a career in ballet, Dr. Combs made the transition to her lifelong ambition of a career in medicine. Dr. Combs received her medical degree from University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque, NM. She then returned to Ft. Worth, TX where she completed her residency training in Ob/Gyn at John Peter Smith Hospital. She has continued her practice in Ft. Worth, Tx, as an Ob/Gyn with the Acclaim Physician Group. She also works in medical education as the clerkship director in Ob/Gyn at the TCU and UNTHSC School of Medicine and is an Assistant Professor with the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Combs is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is actively involved in women’s health advocacy with TMA and ACOG
